• While I hope you enjoy the SittingTaller Handbag if you do find that it's not for you I offer a 15 Day Money Back Guarantee from the date you receive the bag. Please e-mail prior to returning for an RMA number and I will happily refund your money less  shipping and handling upon receipt of the bag. Bag must be in undamaged condition. Please send back using Return Receipt to insure delivery.

  If you refuse delivery of the package UPS will charge to send it back to me. Please be aware that all UPS return delivery charges will be deducted from total of refund. (This only happened once, will probably never happen again, but thought I'd add it just in case!)
